This page explains what Clickrix Tech collects, why, and what control you have over it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage and analytics data. When you visit the site we record things like the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
- Anything you email us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Cookies and similar technologies
Clickrix Tech uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to keep it working. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so may change how parts of the site behave, but the comparisons remain readable.
Third-party analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-69CX1NGSD5) to measure traffic. Google processes this data on our behalf. The reports we see are aggregated, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Advertising
We may display advertising served by third-party vendors, including Google. Those vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads) or www.aboutads.info. The site does not currently display advertising.
Data we never sell
We do not sell your data. We do not trade it or rent it.
How long we keep data
Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in Google Analytics. Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you, including email enquiries. Email support@clickrixtech.com to make a request.
